Services
What we do on a roof
Six jobs, all written down before they start.
Asphalt shingle, standing seam metal and cedar shake, mostly in the dry months.
Gentle brushing, cleared gutters and zinc or copper strips at the ridge.
Gutter run, first-flush diverter, barrel and overflow, planned with the roof.
Chimneys, vents, valleys and the places water finds first.
We re-roof first when the roof is older, and flash for racking so the panels go on over a sound roof.
Roof, attic and gutters looked at, photographed and written up. Nothing is sold at the door.
Materials
Asphalt and metal, side by side
What to ask about each. Figures are the maker's, not ours, and we write them on your estimate.
